3 Homes That Prove That This Partnership Creates Perfection
To best showcase the brilliant designs and projects that this partnership with Marc Michaels has created, here are three homes that resulted from our combined effort:
1. 440 Royal Plaza, Ft. Lauderdale
Here we have a brand new waterfront estate, constructed in partnership with Architect Randall Stofft and interior design by Marc Michaels. Together with VCM Builders, we have created a five bedroom, six full and two half bath home. The entire estate was built with a contemporary style and a placement overlooking the incredible vista of the wide-water turning basin on Royal Plaza Drive.
With over 8,200 square feet of luxury to take in, there were plenty of opportunities for the interior design team to showcase their talent. Taking a tour through the home, we see an incredible master suite that includes his and her baths. The avant-garde kitchen showcases contemporary designs that flow seamlessly into the dining areas.
The sliding glass walls afford you a glimpse into the paradise that is South Florida just before you open them and step through into a living work of art. A club room allows you to host guests, while a wine room, adds a place to store your collection. Included is a butler’s pantry and loft. Everything is connected vertically with an elevator to use between floors.
The 3-car garage is perfect for storing your collection of high-class automobiles in both safety and style. Once you’ve taken in the sights within the house, step outside for crisp manicured landscaping and a 100 foot concrete dock.
2. 1307 SE 2nd Court, Fort Lauderdale
At VCM Builders, we are proud to showcase properties like this one. This is one of several 2-story attached homes in Colee Hammock. The homes are under development with help from our architect and interior design by none other than Marc-Michaels. The floor plans are designed for family living, while the kitchen and dining area are made to be expansive and open for accommodating the whole family or guests.
These areas will overlook an open area with a pool and courtyard. The master suite includes massive master baths, a large closet, and an oversized terrace. In addition to this there are two junior suites, a library/den, a loft and more. There are four full baths and a 2-car garage. The houses are designed with sliding glass walls that open up onto the incredible landscape, and with Las Olas mere steps away, fine dining and shopping are easily within reach.
The houses will feature exquisite furnishings from Marc-Michaels Interiors including hand-picked carpets in the junior suites, over-sized porcelain tile on the first floor, and wide plank hardwood floors in the master bedroom, closet, and loft. Every aspect of these homes, from top to bottom, was hand selected and designed to be both unique and luxurious.
