A Message from Our President

Dear friends, I hope your year is off to a great start! As we dive into 2019, I see the South Florida real estate market primarily in Dade and Broward Counties remaining strong and continuing to grow. However, I don't believe we will see the same aggressive upswing that we have been experiencing in past years. The market has begun to level off. One of the dilemmas holding projects back from being built is cost. We have seen construction costs escalated over the past few years coupled with limited land opportunities and rising land prices. We are hoping those numbers will stabilize in response to that leveling off - or perhaps even reduce. As builders, we are always striving to find ways to reduce cost without sacrificing quality.
