A Message from Our President

Greetings, friends: This summer has flown by! Now that Fall is among us and this is the season of change, we felt it was a great time to share all of VCM Builders' positive changes and growth in recent months and also share our outlook going forward. VCM has been extremely active, closing out the construction for a number of projects around South Florida, including the Parallel Townhome Collection in downtown Fort Lauderdale, the Beach House residential community in Dolphin Isles, and Palmetto Design Center in Miami Gardens. Parallel 1 and Parallel 2 Townhome communities both sold out. Palmetto Design Center was sold in a high-profile transaction, and only one home remains available at Beach House.
