VCM Announced as GC for Private Office Renovation & Addition in Hollywood

VCM Builders has been hired as the general contractor for a private office renovation and addition in Hollywood, FL. The job includes the addition of 4,000 square feet of commercial office space, and a parking garage and man-cave which will comprise a two-story structure with parking lifts to accommodate 11 cars, a custom loft space and bar, and lounge. VCM recently completed the completion of a 2,000 square-foot interior build-out, with a new roof and painting the 5,000 square-foot existing building. Completion is scheduled for February 2018. "This project presented a few challenges, including having to redesign and install a new water storage system.
