EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT – Isaias Alvah

We are pleased to spotlight our Construction Manager, Isaias Alvah, and all of his hard work at VCM Builders.

As Construction Manager, Isaias oversees multiple construction projects and provides direction to VCM staff, ensuring that the highest standards are always upheld. Clients, architects and team members alike value Isaias’ effective communication skills and attention to detail. He oversees safety, scheduling, cost control and overall quality performance of our projects as well as all aspects of preconstruction. In his role as Owner Representative, he mitigates client’s construction risk and keeps them informed throughout the construction process. Isaias has an extensive and diversified career in construction and has 10 years of experience working in the public sector of civil construction. Isaias graduated from Florida International University with a Master in Construction Management and an Undergraduate degree in Architecture.
