The Beach House Collection

Our first collection, known as Beach House or BH4, is an enclave composed of four brand new custom luxury homes. Our location of choice is on the barrier island at the edge of the Intracoastal Waterway mere steps from Ft. Lauderdale beach. Each of the four homes in this collection showcases the incredible amount of detail and care that went into planning them. The Parallel Home Collection

Parallel 2, one of two new townhome developments in Colee Hammock, is a sophisticated collection of two luxury 2-story attached homes, located one block from Fort Lauderdale’s Las Olas Blvd. VCM Builders is handling the construction, with architecture by Randall Stofft and interior design by Marc-Michaels.
