VCM Builders is currently constructing a new 10,000 square-foot custom estate in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. This residence sits on two combined lots and is being built around some of the area’s oldest and mature foliage. For this project, VCM is working in close collaboration with Randall Stofft Architecture and Mark Michaels Interiors. The breathtaking Balinese resort-style home features huge expansive windows, floating exterior steps, a full gym and club room, wine cellar, and 4-car garage. The resort-style grounds include the main pool, spa and cabana. The landscape design features a coy pond, exquisite gardens and foliage designed by landscape architect Andy Witkin to further enhance this Balinese-style masterpiece.
Unique Features: This residence is being constructed around several protected trees. Several areas of the house are being constructed as a floating slab to further protect the trees that are existing to this sit for over 50 years.
