Andrew Verzura is a South Florida native and a veteran of the construction industry. With over two decades of experience under his tool belt, he has the technical skill and business savvy to ensure the highest level of quality control on all of VCM's projects. Andrew focuses primarily on project due diligence, analysis and budgeting, construction management. Together with his business partner, Alan S. Macken, Andrew has won several construction and development awards on behalf of his firm.

Andrew's passion for the residential sector can be seen in any of the myriad of projects he has built, from high-rise mixed-use facilities to residential communities to custom waterfront estates. What distinguishes Andrew from other executives in his field is his critical eye for design, an aesthetic he uses to understand clients' needs and help them realize their vision. He is also recognized throughout South Florida for his impeccable reputation; Andrew's implementation of Project Management policies have earned VCM Builders a perfect on-time project delivery record with no claims against the firm as a result of construction defects or contract disputes.
